The service

Lemonergy Early Access is an actively developed battery design and simulation workbench. Free remains available without expiry. See the feature catalog for access levels and the pricing comparison for commercial context.

Pro subscription and three-month trial

New Pro subscriptions start at €199 per month, plus applicable tax, with no annual commitment. Eligible accounts receive one trial of three calendar months. A payment card is required at signup through Stripe Checkout. There is no subscription charge during the trial and no later charge for those free months.

Your free period lasts at least three calendar months after signup and ends at the date and time shown in Checkout. After completing signup, your account shows your trial expiry.

By accepting these terms and confirming Stripe Checkout, you authorize the €199 monthly recurring subscription, plus applicable tax, starting when the trial ends and continuing until canceled. Cancel before the trial ends through Account → Manage billing to avoid the first subscription charge. Closing the website, signing out or not using the software does not cancel a subscription.

Annual checkout and automatic add-on or usage-credit purchases are not offered. If you have previously used your subscription trial, contact support to arrange reactivation; no second trial is promised. Existing subscriptions are not repriced by this offer.

Existing complimentary grants

Previously activated card-free complimentary Pro keeps its original expiry. It ends automatically without a charge or required cancellation. It never becomes a subscription without separate checkout consent.

Card handling and cancellation

Stripe securely collects and stores card details and manages subscription invoices and payment methods. Lemonergy does not receive or store full card numbers or security codes. A bank may show a temporary verification authorization. Cancel a trial before its displayed end date to avoid renewal; cancel a paid subscription before its next renewal to stop the following charge. Engineering boundary

Results are engineering estimates and must be reviewed by a qualified engineer. Lemonergy must not be the sole basis for a safety-critical design, certification, regulatory approval, warranty decision, production BMS release, thermal-runaway approval, or protection-system release. Experimental and screening modules remain labelled as such.

Accounts, licence and data

You are responsible for your account and lawful use. Access may be suspended for abuse, attacks, or legal requirements. Covered source remains under AGPL-3.0-or-later as identified in the repository; a hosted subscription does not remove those licence rights. Your engineering data remains yours and is not uploaded by the account service.

Availability and changes

Early Access may change and contain defects. Material changes to price or terms apply prospectively with required notice. This new offer does not silently change the price or consent of an existing subscription. Mandatory withdrawal, refund and consumer-protection rights are not limited by these terms.
