Cancellation and refunds

During the three-month subscription trial

No subscription payment is charged during the trial. A card is collected securely by Stripe. Cancel before the exact trial end shown in your account and Checkout to avoid the first €199 monthly charge, plus applicable tax. Use Account → Manage billing to open Stripe’s cancellation controls and check the cancellation confirmation.

After the trial

The subscription renews monthly at €199, plus applicable tax, until canceled. Cancellation during a paid period stops the next renewal; access continues until the paid period ends unless mandatory law or the portal states otherwise. Free and your local projects remain available after Pro ends. Closing the app or signing out does not cancel billing.

Existing card-free complimentary access

Earlier complimentary grants keep their original no-card, no-automatic-charge terms. They expire automatically without needing cancellation, and have no subscription charge to refund.

Refund requests and payment verification

Mandatory withdrawal, refund and consumer-protection rights remain intact. For a duplicate charge, billing error, service unavailability or a right under applicable law, email support with your invoice reference. Do not send card details. A temporary card-verification authorization from your bank is not a subscription payment; contact your bank if it remains pending.
